LikeWear is launching a dedicated division to focus on SpiritWear and larger custom clothing projects. Most people don’t know it, but we’ve designed more than 200 SpiritWear collections for public and private schools in the tri-state area. By applying our high-quality fashion apparel sourcing with our on-trend design sense, we have developed a unique spirit wear business model that offers schools, camps, and charities a turnkey fashion fundraising program.

We’ve worked with more than 75 schools in NJ, NY and CT to help them raise money for their school or sports team. We’ve also worked with a number of leading charitable organizations with the same goal in mind. Our strategy is to produce a seasonal, fashionable and fun line of clothing that people would want to buy in a store but also happens to feature your organizations’ name or logo.

Unlike most online or local screen printers, we do not use the same 1 or 2 stock art templates for our graphics and then put the same “logo” on all items being offered. Instead, all of our designs are created by LikeWear specifically for our SpiritWear programs and we work with our partners to create a line that consists of 6-10 separate items, each with a different graphic. We also use better and best quality garments as well as fashion brands like Alternative Apparel and Bella + Canvas. And best of all, our graphics go well beyond a matte screen print and can incorporate neons, foils, flock, glitter and other fashion-forward materials that you rarely see on SpiritWear!

Another secret to our success is that we do not force our SpiritWear partners to order a large volume of clothing upfront. We recognize that it can be challenging to sell dozens of every item and that excess inventory can result in the school or organization losing money on the sale overall. Instead, we suggest getting a small number of samples that can be used for sizing and give people a chance to touch and feel the quality of the items. We also recommend “pre-selling” some of the samples so that kids can wear them and build hype for the sale. All that said, if you prefer to order inventory so you can sell cash and carry, we can accommodate that as well.

And the best part? We make it easy for you! We host the sale on our website free of charge and provide our partners with a .pdf order form that can be emailed or printed. All orders are individually bagged and can be customized with key information to streamline distribution at school (homeroom, teacher name, etc.). We can also drop ship orders directly to customers. After the sale is over, we provide you with a full accounting and issue you a royalty check.
